Description

Public house. Mid C18. Regular coursed limestone and ironstone with thatch roof. Originally 2-unit plan. Single storey with attic and cellar. 2-window range of C19 casements under wood lintels with one casement to attic above, under eyebrow dormer to No. 16 (q.v.). Brick stack at ridge. C20 extension with entrance to rear. Interior not inspected but noted as having ceiling beams and open fireplace.
