Description

3 cottages and adjoining barn, now a house. Late C18 and early C19, with mid C20 alterations. Coursed rubble with thatched and pantile roofs. Single and 2 storeys, 4 bays, L-plan. Windows are mainly C20 2-light glazing bar casements. South side has to left a 2-bay range with 2 casements on each floor, all with wooden lintels. To right, a single bay set back portion with a single casement on each floor. To right again, a setback single story bay with 2 casements and a C20 door. To right again, a C20 2 storey addition on the foundations of a former barn. West gable has 2 windows with wooden lintels, the one to left blocked. Above, to left, a similar window. Interior has chamfered spine beams and fireplace bressumer without stops and an oak winder stair with square newel. The first floor of the central section has been removed.
