Description
Cottage. c.1700. Coursed limestone and ironstone rubble. Thatched roof, flanking brick stacks. 2 bays. 2 storeys. Central doorway with wood lintel and plank door, part-glazed. C20 timber porch. 3-light window to right with wood lintel, wood mullions and iron casement. Similar 2-light windows to left on ground floor and on first floor. Extension to right C18, heightened C20: One bay, 2 storeys. Interior: Stop-chamfered spine beam and joists. Fireplace with original bressumer but opening filled by C20 grate. Staircase C20.
