Late C17 or early C18 stone house with tiled roof formerly thatched. Kneelers to stone coping of gabled side elevations. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Included for gropu value. Nos 13, 14 and 15 Well Yard and Nos 39 (The Cottage), 43 (Home Cottage) and 47 Vicarage Lane form a group
