Description
House now divided into two. Mid C18, with C20 alterations and additions. Coursed squared ironstone, pantile roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2-storeys and attic; 3-window range. 6-panel door to right of centre to No. 44 with wood lintel and trellis porch. C20 part-glazed door to left of centre with wood lintel. 2-light casement window to right of door of No. 44 and to 1st floor, with wood lintels. 3-light casement windows to rest of ground floor windows with wood lintels. Quoins, storey band and stone-coped gables with kneelers. C20 2-storey, 1-window extension to left. Interior has chamfered spine beams and old 4-panel doors.
