Description
Cottage. C17-C18. Coursed limestone and ironstone rubble, thatched roof, brick stack. 2 bays, 2 storeys. Doorway in right bay with concrete lintel and 4-panel door. C20 window to left with concrete lintel. 2-light first-floor windows have original wood lintels, wood mullions and iron casements. Interior: Raised cruck construction exposed on first floor, and stud partitions. Fireplace with original bressumer and bread oven. Built-in C20 grate. Newel stair in thickness of wall to left.
