Description
House, formerly 2 cottages. Coursed limestone rubble, thatch roof, brick end stacks. Late C17/early C18, altered C20. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. Blocked doors to far left and to right of centre, with wood lintels. 2-light casement windows to ground and 1st floors, except for C20 replacement window to right of right blocked door. All have wood lintels; those to 1st floor are in eyebrow dormers. Entrance to rear. Interior noted as having chamfered spine beam and open fireplace with cambered chamfered bressumer. Formerly part of a row of cottages which extended to left, almost to corner of High Street with Church End.
