Description

Farmhouse. C17 and C19. Uncoursed limestone and ironstone rubble, slate roof, brick stacks. U-plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-bays. Doorway in right bay has flat wooden hood rectangular fanlight and 4-panel door. Window to left has wood lintel and 2-light transomed wood casement. Wood lintel of blocked window in left bay. Similar blocked window in left bay of first floor and 3 two light casement windows to right. Gabled wing to right, 2 storeys and attic, 2 bays has C17 stone mullioned 2-light windows with square hoods on ground and first floors and one smaller similar window in attic. Gabled wing to left, 2 storeys one bay, has 3-light wood casement window on right side. Barn extension to left front, C19, one storey. Interior not inspected. (R.B.
