Description
Terrace of 3 cottages. Late C17. Uncoursed limestone and ironstone rubble; thatched roof; brick stacks. Each originally single-unit plan. Nos. 9 and 10 have C19 stone doorways with flat arched heads and to left and right 3-light stone mullioned windows (renewed). On first floor are 2-light iron casement windows. No. 11 (now entered from rear) has two 2-light casements with wooden lintels on the ground floor and C19 sash windows above. At the rear No. 11 has two 3-light stone mullined windows and No. 10 has one similar window. (Rear of No. 9 not visible). Interior: No. 9 has open fireplace and chamfered beams.
