Description
Row of cottages. Late C17/early C18 altered C20. Coursed limestone rubble, banded with ironstone, thatch roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 2-unit plans except for No. 29 which appears to have one-unit plan. 2-storey, 9-window range. C20 doors on left and right of centre (to Nos. 25 and 27) with wood lintels, that to right (No. 27) with straight hood on brackets. 3-light casement windows to ground floor left of centre, C20 2-light casements to ground floor right of centre, with wood lintels. 2-light casements to 1st floor except for 1-light casement to 1st floor centre of No. 25, all with wood lintels. No. 23 has entrance to rear, No. 29 has door to right side. Interior not inspected, but noted as having spine beams.
