Description

Butcher's shop, formerly cottage. C18, altered C20. Coursed limestone and ironstone rubble, straw thatch roof. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. Central 4-panel, part-glazed door with wood lintel. C20 windows to ground floor replacing casement windows with wood lintels. 2-light casement window to 1st floor left, and 3-light casement to 1st floor right, both with wood lintels. Right bay has gable facing street. Roof has collar truss. A butcher's shop since at least 1900.
