Description
House, now 2 dwellings. Datestone 1708/EJB. Regular coursed and banded limestone and ironstone with thatch and pantile roof. Originally 3-unit plan. Single storey with attic. Together comprising a 3-window range of C19 and C20 casements under wood lintels. 2 eyebrow dormers to attic. No. 16 has C20 door to far right. Ashlar gable parapet to left and brick and stone stacks to ridge and end, that at centre has ashlar plinth. Datestone in left gable. Single-unit extension to No. 16 has a pantile roof and was originally a separate dwelling. Interior: No. 16 has spine beams and remains of open fireplace.
