Description

{1) During April and May 1999 an archaeological desk-based study and field evaluation was undertaken in advance of proposed residential development. The development area comprised two quite distinct plots of land: an enclosed paddock to the east, containing the low, upstanding remains of a medieval field system and an area of derelict land fronting onto Main Street.
