Description

{1} The footprints of two new house plots were excavated. They lie to the north-west of a previous development that was subject to open area excavation in 1998, revealing extensive earlier medieval settlement remains. A single, undated ditch crossed the southern house plot. Much of the northern house, which lies adjacent to a former field boundary and watercourse, has been disturbed by a probable farm pond that has been filled in quite recently.
