Description

Monitoring of groundworks for a pipe trench. No archaeological features were observed as trenches were not deep enough to expose the subsoil or underlying natural. A small excavation carried out in the north-east of the church revealed some disarticulated human remains and a few animal bones below the flagstone floor.
