Description

A fluxgate gradiometer survey undertaken near North Lodge, Ecton where the suggested pipeline route crossed a Scheduled Ancient Monument. Anomalies representing ditch systems and possible kiln sites were detected. The geophysical survey showed that the activity continued c50m to the NE of the limit formerly denoted by cropmark evidence.
