Description

{1} Historic building survey undertaken in advance of refurbishment. This semi-detached cottage is listed grade II, and was constructed by the Grafton Estate in c. 1840. The survey revealed that the cottage had been subject to many alterations and additions, probably during the last fifty years. Apart from the basic structure of the house, few internal features of the original cottage remained.
