Description

{1} Following the granting of planning permission in April 2002, construction of a composting facility began with the stripping of topsoil from an area of approximately 0.3 hectares. An archaeological inspection of the site was made on April 4th. {2} In the course of topsoil stripping prior to the construction of a composting facility, part of a Roman villa was unexpectedly revealed along with ancillary structures.
