Description

{1} KBC passed two resolutions prior to the granting of a planning consent for the conversion of the Orient House, a former hosiery/garment factory, into 48 apartments. An assessment/survey was requested on the mansard roof structure and the subsequent, unusual arched interior to determine whether the roof is contemporary or a later addition to the building
