Description

{1} In March 2006 Northamptonshire Archaeology conducted a watching brief whilst ground was prepared for the construction of a car park and access road to the north-west of Irchester Roman town. Ten human skeletons, of probable early-mid 4th century date, were exposed and excavated as a result of the work.
