Description
{1} An archaeological evaluation was carried out by Northamptonshire Archaeology on farmland (180 hectares) to the north-east, east and south-east of Wootton, Northampton. The work was undertaken prior to the submission of planning proposals for the residential development of the area. There were three key areas of archaeology, which had previously been identified from aerial photographs or from geophysical survey, none of which was located in Area G.
