Description
Geophysical survey and trenching to clarify the extent of a mid to late Iron Age settlement known from air photographs. The evaluation revealed denser and more extensive features than on the APs. [Information from NRHE record: EHGSDB Visit No: 1165. Magnetometer survey covered some 3.8ha in three stages as part of a widersite assessment also comprising desk-based and aerial photographicelements.]
