Description

{1} Two main areas of archaeological interest were identified. The first was focused on a plateau towards the middle of the survey area where a scatter of flint tools, waste flakes and occasional pieces of burnt flint, all of prehistoric date, were noted. The second area was located on the western edge of the site and consisted of a dispersed scatter of medieval pottery.
