Description

{1} Between April and July 2010 Northamptonshire Archaeology undertook a programme of watching briefs and open area excavation at the southern fringe of Market Place, Kettering. The truncated remains of C18th-20th tenements were revealed, comprising stone wall foundations, stone and brick-lined cellars and pits. (Any features observed during the watching brief have been subsumed into the report for the excavation ENN104941.)
