Description

{1} Archaeological trial excavations were carried out at Egerton Close. An undated ditch containing animal bone was overlain by a buried deposit that is likely to have been former topsoil. Three further post C14th ditches on different alignments cut the buried soil. A post medieval limestone rubble wall was cut into the buried soil. Site code: BEC11.
