Description
Northamptonshire Archaeology undertook a geophysical survey and trial trench evaluation on the proposed development area Upton D1, Northampton. The geophysical survey was undertaken on Areas 1, 3 and 6, however Area 2 could not be surveyed. In total four trenches were excavated, two each on Areas 3 and 6. The ground was heavily disturbed and both the survey and evaluation did not reveal any archaeological remains. Information from OASIS Online Form.
