Description

{1} Archaeological excavation in advance of residential development comprising an area of 9140m squared and focused on an area of Romano-British settlement. A smaller excavation area (measuring 100m squared) was located 70m to the west of the main area was focused on two pit features recorded during the trial trench phase.
