Description

{1} Northamptonshire Archaeology carried out a detailed magnetometer survey of a proposed development area at Northampton Road, Harpole. The survey identified a possible enclosure in the central part of the survey area. Other linear features, interpeted as possible ditches, were also identified to the south of the survey area. Remnant furrows of medieval ridge and furrow cultivation can be seen aligned north east to south west in the northern hald of the area of proposed development.
