An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Northamptonshire Archaeology in April 2012 for Mr Carl A Middleditch, acting on behalf of clients, connected with the construction of a new swimming pool on land at The Manor House, Blacksmiths Lane, Aston Le Walls, Northamptonshire.
