Description

Northamptonshire Archaeology undertook a detailed magnetometer survey of c 2ha of land at Finedon Road, Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire in April 2012. The work was undertaken in advance of proposed residential development. Ridge and furrow cultivation and a possible ditch were the only archaeological features present. However, magnetic interference from modern features, including fencing and underground services, obscured parts of the survey area. [Inf from OASIS form online]
