Description

An archaeological observation, investigation, recording and analysis was carried out by MOLA, during construction work at Oundle Lodge Farm, Stoke Doyle. Four undated archaeological features were present comprising three ditches likely to be associated with the late Iron Age settlement identified in the earlier evaluation and a stone-lined drain of likely medieval origin.
