Description
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 10.6 hectares of grassland. A small number of features of probable and possible archaeological origin have been identified. A former field boundary and evidence of ridge and furrow cultivation indicate an agricultural past while the origin of some former cut features cannot be determined with any degree of confidence. The remaining features include a former pond, areas of magnetic disturbance caused by nearby ferrous objects and magnetic spikes. Information from OASIS Online Form.
