Description

{1} Watching brief undertaken during the installation of a new heating system in the church. The works comprised the lifting of stone floor slabs at the west end of the church, the reduction of ground level within these areas and the excavation of pipe trenches and inspection chambers. A number of disarticulated and disturbed human remains, a stoned-capped drain and brick flues relating to a previous heating system were identified and recorded.
