Description

{1} Fifty-four trenches were excavated, with archaeological features present in six of the trenches. Two trenches in the north-west corner of the site produced five ditches in total, with pottery from one dating to the late Iron Age/early Roman periods. Three field boundary ditches and one drainage ditch of likely post-medieval date were also identified.
