Description
{1} A magnetic gradiometer survey identified a complex network of natural channels relating to previous courses and activity of the River Nene, which bounds the site on all sides. Also present were numerous large discrete features which are likely to represent tree root hollows, although an archaeological origin cannot be ruled out.
