Description

{1} Archaeological attendance during groundworks was undertaken by the University of Leicester Archaeological Services on the 1st of March 2017 in advance of the construction of a rear and side extension at Cherrywell Cottage. The development site lies within the scheduled monument of Clipston medieval settlement (SM1418334). The proposed extension consists of two areas, one to the east side of the current bungalow, the second to the south-west of the property. No archaeological features or deposits were located. Mapped areas not exact- no detailed plan in report
