Description

{1} The survey was commissioned from Bartlett Clark Consultancy, on behalf of Irthlingborough Archaeological Society by Steve Lawrence of Oxford Archaeology. The survey confirms the presence of a dense cluster of archaeological features which probably represent settlement remains and enclosures consistent in character with the Iron Age and Roman findings seen in the service trench excavation and test pits.
