Description

{1} The areas of the development adjacent to the archaeological site excavated in 1994 were monitored during the groundworks- two trenches were excavated either side of a recently constructed access road and the watching brie area was located to the north and west of previous excavation areas. The watching brief and evaluation trenches have included areas to the north-east and west of the main excavated area (A), together with land between trenches Band C, without revealing any further archaeological deposits or finds.
