Works were observed in three areas: in the church nave, where works included removal of some of the 19th century pews and their platforms, as well as the relocation of the font, medieval pier bases were recorded; the south porch and the churchyard access were subject to extensive development to improve storm drainage and a number of medieval, and later, interments were recorded.
