Description

{1} The Environment Partnership (TEP) Ltd undertook a level 2 and 3 (HE, 2016) historic building survey, comprising photographs and a written record, at The Old Rectory, Preston Capes, Northamptonshire. The survey concluded that the house was first built as a small rectory accompanying the Church of St Peter and St Paul in Preston Capes in the 17th century, and went on to have two further successive phases of extensions and alterations in the 18th and 19th century, with small later 20th century additions.
