Description
{1} Observation of excavation of drainage works outside west door of church. The trenches were very shallow, largely excavated through recent gravel layers, but the section in front of the west door did cut down through the earlier topsoil. No undisturbed archaeological deposits were observed but a number of Roman finds were recovered.
