Description

{1} Archaeological observation was undertaken during minimal ground reduction to the rear garden of the property. The works revealed a stratigraphy comprising made ground, exposing the remains of a post-medieval stone foundation, a modern concrete foundation and gas pipe. Finds included a fragment of disarticulated human bone and a sherd of Roman pottery.
