Description

{1} Archaeological monitoring of the excavation of a short length of new waterpipe trench being dug in relation to a new potting shed. The trench was hand-dug and measured only 2.5m long x 300mm wide, but was 700mm deep. No significant archaeological remains were identified. A few sherds of 19th-20th century pottery were observed but not retained
