Description

{1} Fields to the east of Whittlebury were systematically surveyed in 2002. Fields WH2-WH11. Low density Roman pottery scatters were present as manuring scatters with a discrete scatter probably indicating the presence of a farmstead. A low density of medieval pottery occurred across the area
