Description

{1} A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 11.4 hectares of pastoral farmland. The survey has identified anomalies that are likely to be of archaeological origin. Further anomalies seen which are considered as possible archaeology could instead have a natural origin. Modern activity on this site is evident through areas of magnetic debris and disturbance related to likely underground services and field boundaries. Areas of closely spaced linear anomalies indicate modern agricultural activity such as ploughing.
