Description

{1} Archaeological observation during ground reduction prior to development. Following demolition of the garage, the concrete apron of the forecourt and floors of the garage buildings were removed and c450mm of overburden removed to the natural gravels. There was considerable modern disturbance, including numerous drains and a 19th/20th century bottle pit, but no archaeological remains.
