Description

{1} A heritage impact assessment has been prepared by Heritage Collective on behalf of Barry Howard Homes (Central Region) Ltd. Its principal focus is Overstone Hall, Overstone, Northamptonshire, a Grade II Listed country house built to the design of William Milford Teulon in the early 1860s, most of which was reduced to a roofless ruin by a catastrophic fire in 2001, but also considers the setting and surroundings of the hall which consist primarily of Overstone Park and the various heritage assets within the Park. The assessment was broken down into suite of four documents.
