Description
{1} Trial trenches totalling 63.5m were located in the footprint of a proposed house and garage on Plot 3. A number of pottery sherds, dating from the medieval period to the 18th century were recovered, as well as a possible pit and ditch, but the plot was distinctive for its lack of archaeology given its location in the centre of a known area of pottery production.
