Description

{1} A detailed magnetometer survey was conducted over approximately 3.7 ha of grassland. No definite archaeological anomalies have been identified. A small number of discrete responses could be associated with Saxon sunken feature buildings, though their interpretation as such is tentative and it is unlikely that they would have been classified as such without a priori knowledge of the Saxon site to the east.
