Description

Planning permission for a Change of Use is being sought from North Northamptonshire Council to formally establish the use of land off Church Street, Irthlingborough, as a public car park. Paul Stamper Heritage has been commissioned produce the Heritage Impact Statement. The principal direct impact, potentially, would be on shallow, below-ground, archaeological deposits. That is being addressed by a separate programme of archaeological works. The other impact, which will be positive, will see the repair of the site’s stone boundary wall.
